Delivery

We currently ship to mainland UK plus the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Scilly Islands and the Scottish Highlands and Islands.

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes. 

We’re working hard to make Settle available for everyone. Let us know where in the world you would like us to ship to. Contact us here. 


Shipping Charges

We know delivery charges suck, especially for big things like dog beds. We wanted to try something new by offering to split the cost of shipping with you. That means half the tab is on us and you’ll just have to cover the below:

2-4 business days - £

Bundles

2-4 business days - £5

Covers

2-4 business days - £3


Dispatch Times

After receiving your order confirmation email, your order will ship in 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays). 

You will receive another notification email when your order has shipped. It will arrive within 2-4 business days, depending on your location.

Our team takes a much deserved break on weekends and bank holidays. Orders placed on those days will be shipped the following business day.

FYI, we move quickly to get your order ready, which means that you can’t make any changes once it’s been placed.


Returns

We’re sorry you didn’t love your Settle bed. All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, with the tags still attached. 

Email hello@settlebeds.com to request a return and details on how to send your item(s) back to us. 

Once your return has been received, it will be inspected by our team. Any items that are considered to be used or damaged will sadly be refused for a refund with the exception of faulty items. Please see more on this below.

Successful returns will be refunded within 14 days to the original payment method. 


Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different size or design you will need to place a new order. Please return the original item using the above instructions. 


Faulty Items 

Our team thoroughly checks all orders for any faults before dispatching and carefully packages to ensure your items arrive to you in perfect condition.

If you feel you have received a faulty item please email hello@settlebeds.com to request a return and details on how to send it back to us.

All faulty items returned will be inspected by our team on receipt. Any items deemed subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. We also cannot accept responsibility for items damaged during washing if our wash instructions have not been followed.

Please advise if you would like a replacement for your faulty item when you contact us about the fault. If the item is not in stock we will process a refund to your original payment method.
